Privacy Policy

This notice covers the public website, early-access list, and optional analytics in BuildIt Home and BuildIt Pro. It does not replace the terms governing data in user accounts and company workspaces. BuildIt-2024 Ltd. is the controller. Contact support@buildit.bg with questions.

If you select “Allow”, we use optional cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and improve the site. Refusing does not restrict core functionality.

After consent, PostHog may measure visits, key action outcomes and technical errors, and record interactions. The analytics browser identifier is not linked to your user account. Text and form values are masked in recordings; console messages and network contents are not recorded. Recordings are kept for up to 30 days and your choice for up to 180 days.

The legal basis is your consent. Analytics service providers process the data on our behalf. Other analytics data is kept only while needed for this purpose. You may withdraw your choice through “Privacy settings”.

Separately from optional analytics, technical logs support the operation and reliability of Home and Pro. Limited technical data sent to PostHog includes the application, release, error code and location in program code, without form contents, messages, or company and user identifiers. Rejecting analytics cookies does not stop these server technical reports.

When you subscribe, we process your email, company type, and language based on consent. We keep an active email until you unsubscribe and may retain a minimal record needed to prevent further messages.

We use email delivery and internal communication providers that process data on our behalf. Where processing occurs outside the EEA, the safeguards required by GDPR apply.

You have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent where applicable. Contact support@buildit.bg. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, or another competent supervisory authority.
